Roof Cleaners in Sutton Coldfield

I was hesitant to get our roof cleaned but I’m glad we did. The difference is night and day.

Moss is all gone, and they even gave us before and after photos to show the results.

The team turned up on time with all the proper equipment and got stuck in straight away. The moss had been there for years but was carefully removed by hand.

Then they applied the biocide, which they explained would keep it clean for years. The job included the fascia, soffits, and window cleaning too. I’d recommend this service to anyone looking for a full and proper roof clean.

Kiahno provided the initial quote and survey, then came back to carry out the clean with his team. Lovely people and great work.

Very happy we chose them over others.

Can’t believe how much better our roof looks after the clean. They even cleaned out the gutters and left the windows sparkling.

The team were polite, hard-working and showed up on time. Highly recommended.

I couldn’t believe the difference after the roof clean. Years of grime, moss, and dirt were completely gone, revealing the original colour of the tiles underneath.

The team was on time, fully equipped, and worked carefully around the property. They cleared the gutters and rinsed everything down afterwards, which really impressed me. It wasn’t just a good clean - it was a full transformation. The property looks newer and much more cared for. Would definitely use them again.

I wasn’t sure if it was worth getting the roof cleaned, but I’m so glad we did. The team explained everything clearly and were really careful with our tiles.

Looks fantastic now it’s all done.

We didn’t realise how bad our roof looked until we saw the clean version! The tiles look bright again and there’s no sign of moss returning so far.

I loved that they included a full rinse down of the fascias and windows too. Everything was explained clearly and the price was very reasonable for what was included.

The service from HK Exterior Cleaning exceeded expectations. I had concerns about the moss causing damage to my roof tiles, but they assured me they’d use the safest method available.

The team turned up on time, used a cherry picker for access, and got on with the job with no fuss. The before and after photos they sent me were a nice touch. They also treated the roof with a long-lasting biocide and made sure the property was clean afterwards. Would definitely use them again.

We had our roof cleaned by HK Exterior Cleaning and the transformation was unbelievable. Years of moss were carefully removed, and the biocide application means we won’t be dealing with regrowth anytime soon.

They also cleared the gutters, washed the windows, and didn’t leave a single bit of mess behind. The house looks brighter, and the whole process was stress-free. Genuinely professional and friendly service from start to finish.

The clean made a huge difference to our home. The roof tiles look brand new, and the gutters were completely cleared out as part of the service.

Kiahno explained everything clearly and gave us advice on keeping it looking good long-term.

We’ve had moss problems for years and this finally solved it. No pressure washing, just effective cleaning.

I was really impressed by how much better the whole house looks now. Even the windows and gutters were cleaned after the roof was done.

Having a clean roof wasn’t something I’d considered before, but after water started dripping through the edge during heavy rain, I decided to call in the professionals. The amount of moss they scraped off was shocking.

The team were polite and efficient, carefully protecting the garden and rinsing everything down after the job. They applied a biocide treatment which came with a two-year guarantee, which gave me extra peace of mind. I’m genuinely impressed by the attention to detail and the overall improvement in the property’s appearance.

This was a top-tier service. They arrived early, set up their MiTower system, and got to work straight away.

The amount of moss and lichen they removed was unbelievable. Kiahno and his team were friendly and knowledgeable, explaining what to expect and how the biocide treatment would keep the roof looking good. It’s not just about appearance - the structure and health of the roof are clearly better now. I’d absolutely use them again.

The roof was cleaned thoroughly and safely, with no damage to the tiles. Very pleased with how everything turned out.
